What we collect

When you call, email, message us on Facebook or use the quote form on this website, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or job address, vehicle details (make, model, year and registration if needed), insurance and claim details, photos of the damage, and anything else you tell us about the job.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, order the right glass, book and carry out the work at your location, deal with your insurer on claims, invoice and take payment, and contact you about your job. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to do the job: glass suppliers (vehicle details only), your insurance company or claims assessor, our accountant and payment providers, and IT and email providers that host our website and records. We may also disclose information where required by law, or as described in our Terms of Trade (for example to recover overdue accounts).

Our website

Quote form submissions are stored securely in our website and emailed to us. The form uses spam protection and does not record your IP address. Our website may use essential cookies to work properly. Links to Facebook and other sites are covered by those sites’ own privacy policies.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it for the job, warranty, tax and legal purposes.

Access, correction and complaints
